Residency Requirements

• Successfully complete all rotations and weekend/holiday service requirements and the corresponding evaluation(s)
• Complete, present and write up a residency project
• Create and present a poster at either ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting or another professional forum
• Present residency project at Eastern States Residency Conference
• Complete, present and write up a Medication Use Evaluation
• Complete, present and write up a Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee monograph
• Complete, write and publish a departmental newsletter
• Lead and present at least one Journal Club article
• Complete and present a formal seminar
• Abide by the policies and procedures of the Hospital and the Department
• Complete and maintain ACLS and BLS certification
