Our mission is to provide the most thorough and effective surgical care for women with gynecologic cancers and other gynecologic conditions by using innovative surgical techniques supported by the best technologies. We believe in treating each patient and their family uniquely, supporting their needs to arrive at the best possible outcome.

 
 

Philosophy

The Sibley Center for Gynecologic Oncology and Advanced Pelvic Surgery was established in 2006 and is directed by Jeffrey Y. Lin, MD, one of the leading gynecologic oncologists and gynecologic surgeons in the Washington, DC area. The Center is located within Sibley Memorial Hospital, giving patients easy access to laboratory testing, radiologic imaging, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy all in the same facility. The gynecologic oncologists physicians work closely with surgical intensivists, anesthesiologists and medical oncologists to provide the best comprehensive care for patients.
