Join Janet Sobel, P.T., CLT-UE, to learn how to safely get into an exercise program, or get back to what you'd been doing, after treatment for breast cancer. Janet will help us consider lymphedema concerns, osteoporosis considerations, and posture correction. Get answers to questions about the best approach for you: Should you join a gym, work with a trainer, and what is the best way to get back to what you love or find new forms of exercise?      » read more
