Yoga for Women Cancer Survivors


Weekly meditative, gentle and restorative yoga using mindful movement, balance and breathing techniques to help women with a history of cancer to reduce anxiety, improve quality of life, and regain sense of self.
Instructor: Amy Dara Hochberg is experienced with teaching cancer survivors and is E-RYT 500 certified in advanced yoga training. She has a BS in Health Studies with focus on physical therapy and a MS in Health Promotion Management.
On-going class; participants may join the group at any time. No experience necessary.
Sibley will supply mats and blocks, or you can bring your own. Please dress comfortably.

The first twelve people to register will receive a free bolster and blanket.
Walk-ins welcome with cash/check, if space permits.
