Meditation and Mindfulness: Tools for Alleviating Stress Post Cancer Diagnosis

Join facilitator Ashley Nunn, M.A. and others with a history of cancer to learn about and practice a relaxation technique that uses focus on breathing. This practice has been shown to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety and loneliness and in improving sleep and boosting the immune system. No prior experience required. Anyone with a history of cancer, their family members and caregivers are welcome.
