Tai Chi/Qigong for Cancer Survivors, Friends, and Family!

with Jeff Robbins, School of Mind & Body Harmony

Qigong and Tai Chi are ancient health exercise forms. This series will incorporate enjoyable, gentle movement that focuses on alignment, meditation, and breathing. These practices have
helped many people to improve memory, coordination, balance, and flexibility and reduce stress. Bring grace back into your life, whether you are coping with physical discomfort or
adjusting to life after cancer treatment. Open to all cancer survivors and their
friends and families. No experience necessary. Wear loose clothing and thin rubber-soled shoes.

Cost | $30.00 for the series (Scholarships are available)
Space is limited; registration is required.
Register online at suburbanhospital.org/events or call 301-896-3939.
