Total Body Workout with Carolyn
10-week series, Jan 9 - March 15, Wednesdays & Fridays.
Warm ups with low-impact aerobics for your heart. Weight training with light weights. Balance stretch on floor mat for muscle strength. You must be able to get up and down on the floor. Please bring your own weights and mats.
Register for single day per week, Wednesday OR Friday @ $90.00; or 2 days, Wednesday AND Friday @ $170.00. Make checks payable to Sibley Senior Association.
