Twelve-Step Recovery is a meeting of peers who share a common problem and a desire to recover from a particular defect. The most common examples of these problems are alcoholism, drug addition, food addiction, debting or compulsive spending, reckless sexual behavior, gambling and depression and
having a spouse/partner or being the child of someone who suffers from these behaviors.
This program is based on Alcoholics Anonymous, a highly successful program that uses introspection
and self-development to learn skills for recovering from such problems and for living a happier and more spiritually fulfilling life.
Twelve-Step Recovery is not a religious program, although it is spiritual in nature. All who seek a safe and caring space to begin their journey are welcome to attend.
