Lawrence Norford is director of gift planning and senior
philanthropic advisor at the Johns Hopkins University,
where he leads a team in the central office of gift planning
that provides comprehensive gift-planning support to all
areas of the Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins
Medicine. He practiced law for 22 years before joining Johns
Hopkins in 2007. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee
University and the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr.
