Forgiveness

05/09/13
According to Websters Dictionary forgiveness is defined as an agreement to give up resentment or need for revenge for an offense ( http://www.merriam-webster.com/ ), but did you know you can derive health benefits from it? Mayo.com says that letting go of grudges can lead to greater spiritual and psychological well-being, healthier relationships, less anxiety and stress, lower blood pressure, fewer symptoms
of depression and lower risk of alcohol and substance abuse.
Learn the process of working through your resentments to find a path forward to peace, hope and gratitude.
Chris Comer, former Sibley chaplain.
