Meditation and Mindfulness: Tools for Alleviating Stress Post Cancer Diagnosis
Every Thursday from 7-8 pm. Join others with a history of cancer to learn about and practice a relaxation technique that uses focus on breathing. Facilitated by Ashley Nunn, M.A. This practice has been show to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety and lonliness and in improving sleep and boosting the immune system. No prior experience required. Family members and caregivers are welcome.
Reistration is not required, and there is no charge. Walk-ins welcome.
