Beginning and Intermediate Tai Chi Chung with Jeffrey Robbins
The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of a busy lifestyle and improve health. Tai Chi is often described as "meditation in motion," because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body. Research has shown that Tai Chi practice improves stress management while increasing flexibility, strength, agility, and balance. Practiced for millennia in the Far East, Tai Chi is now practiced widely in the West as well. Tai Chi veterans welcome to register late. Beginners would benefit from starting at the beginning of a class.
