Meditation and Mindfulness: Practices to Help Regulate the Stress Response after a Cancer Diagnosis
Every Tuesday from 2-3 pm. Join others affected by a cancer diagnosis to learn about and practice Mindfulness Meditation, which has been shown to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety and loneliness and in improving sleep and boosting the immune system. Anyone with a history of cancer, their family members, and caregivers are welcome. <br /> <br /> Faciliated by Anne Gosling, PhD, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. <br /> <br /> Reistration is not required, and there is no charge.
