Qigong with Jeffrey Robbins. An ancient Chinese healing art. Increases stamina and a sense of well-being. PLEASE NOTE: To preserve the ballet studio’s floors, you may not wear “outside shoes” in the studio. Please be sure to bring a pair of “indoor only” shoes (e.g., tai chi shoes, ballet slippers, “hospital socks” with rubber stickers on the bottom, etc.)
