Alzheimer's Support (07:30 PM - 09:00 PM)
First Wednesday of each month. The leaders of this support group are Debbie Ackerman, M.S.W, and Abby Levin.
Body Awakening with Jeffrey Robbins (01:00 PM - 02:00 PM)
Body Awakening with Jeffrey Robbins. A new program that focuses on nourishing the “chi” or energy in the body, thereby building strength, and increasing flexibility
Seated Strength Training with Tonya (01:00 PM - 01:45 PM)
This class is a full body workout while seated. Good for people with limited mobility or neuropathy or who have difficulty with floor work or standing for a long time.
Twelve Step Group (07:00 PM - 08:00 PM)
Twelve-Step Recovery is a meeting of peers who share a common problem and a desire to recover from a particular defect.
