    Cancer caregivers are invited to come share the afternoon with other caregivers, enjoy lunch and hear from Sibley experts about what stress is, ways that a cancer diagnosis impacts the caregiver and gain tools to manage your stress. The program will end with seated yoga to recharge your mind and body. Free program, registration is required.

    Weekly meditative, gentle and restorative yoga using mindful movement, balance and breathing techniques to help women with a history of cancer to reduce anxiety, improve quality of life, and regain sense of self. $7.00 per class. Scholarships available.

Join others affected by a cancer diagnosis to learn about and practice Mindfulness Meditation, which has been shown to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety and loneliness and in improving sleep and boosting the immune system. Anyone with a history of cancer, their family members, and caregivers are welcome.
