Dr. George Bonanno, Ph.D. will speak. Join us to hear how the latest neuroscience of the brain reveals our natural capacity for resilience after the loss of a loved one also applies to any kind of major loss, including the trauma of losing a job, losing mobility or a body part to cancer, overcoming sexual abuse—and coping with many other major losses. His talk will be followed by a buffet lunch allowing interactions among the speaker and attendees.
