A fun, upbeat exercise program for the over-50 set. Includes cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. Ten-week series. Classes meet in the Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church, Vestry, 3401 Nebraska Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.
$170 for 2 days, $90 for 1 day per week
Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Class: Peggi Honig, Instructor
