Dr. Black is a board certified surgeon with advanced training in breast surgical oncology.  She was an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Yale School of Medicine and later joined the Hoffberger Breast Center at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, MD.  Dr. Black is committed to patient education and clinical research in hopes of improving breast cancer surgery and treatment outcomes.
